We tested one for a month. It saved maybe ten minutes, then invented an action item and attached it to the wrong person. The demo looked perfect; real meetings were messier. I can't tell whether this is early-product pain or just a limitation people are learning to live with.

We use one that labels every confident guess as a “decision.” The transcript is useful; the summary is basically a very persuasive intern.
“A very persuasive intern” is exactly it. I still search the transcript before trusting the summary, which wipes out most of the time savings.
