Movies over two hours and fifteen minutes should have an intermission

There, I said it. It does not need to be twenty minutes with organ music. Give me seven minutes to stretch and come back without missing a scene. If a pause ruins the spell, apparently every streaming viewer with a bathroom has already ruined cinema.

Hard no. A theater is one of the last places where I cannot pause something, and that is part of the appeal. Choose the long movie or do not choose it.

Spoken like someone with a heroic bladder. I admire the commitment but cannot join you.

Seven minutes would also make the concession line less ridiculous before the movie. I am unexpectedly all in on this.
